Information you provide
When you contact us or request a home valuation, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, message, and property details. Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive documents through these forms.
We use this information to respond, prepare the requested property review, communicate about your inquiry, and maintain a record of our interactions.
Valuation requests and marketing subscriptions
A home-valuation request does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing updates. We record valuation requests separately from marketing subscriptions. If you already subscribe, submitting a valuation request does not change that existing subscription.
Newsletter and other marketing subscriptions are handled separately. Where a confirmation email is required, you must confirm before the subscription becomes active. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to a service request you make.
Services used to operate the website
WordPress and its form tools store submitted inquiries. Mailchimp stores contact and inquiry information, including valuation-request details and tags, and handles marketing subscriptions. Gmail is used to deliver website notifications and communicate about inquiries. Google Analytics measures website activity, traffic sources, and successful form submissions.
Our custom form-success analytics events do not include the name, email, phone number, address, or message submitted in a form. Google Analytics may separately receive technical information such as device, browser, page, and approximate-location information through its standard operation.
Website hosting and supporting website providers process information needed to operate and protect the site. These providers handle information under their own terms and applicable privacy policies.
Google email authorization
Our website email connection uses Google’s Gmail API with permission to send email from the business owner’s authorized account. This connection does not request permission to read the owner’s inbox. Authorization credentials are stored encrypted in the website’s WordPress database. Website email logs are currently configured to be deleted after 14 days; this setting does not delete form submissions, Mailchimp records, or messages retained in Gmail.
The connection is used for website and inquiry-related email delivery. It is not used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models or for advertising. The connection’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and website activity
The site and its embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for website functions and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser and through any cookie choices displayed on the site. The effect of a choice depends on the service and implementation; some website functions may be affected if cookies are blocked.
Sharing information
We do not sell or rent website leads. We do not share website leads with lenders or other agents without permission. We use service providers to operate the website, manage inquiries, deliver email, and measure activity as described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or safety.
Retention, security, and requests
Inquiry information may remain in WordPress, Mailchimp, or Gmail so we can respond and maintain business records. Except for the 14-day website email-log setting described above, no fixed deletion schedule is stated here. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing communications, contact zacsellsca@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, backup, or legitimate business reasons.
